Here is our official one week old bear picture. I think I am going to be a little better at these this go round. Although, I am posting it late. Eliana is actually two weeks old today. We went to the doctor this morning and she is doing so well!! Gold stars for us! Her weight is 7lbs 11 oz which way surpassed her birth weight of 7lbs 1oz- YEA!! I was so nervous about this because she doesn't nurse for very long....turns out she is very efficient! Love it! So, this means that I can let her sleep at night as long as she wants and I don't have to wake her up- wahoo! Cause this girl is a sleeper! Sooo different from Alex. I hate to compare so much but it is so hard not to and I think it is so interesting.
Eliana is so well behaved and just so easy going. She was so good for the doctor and barely fussed with they pricked her foot for her pku test. We even went to the grocery store after and she just slept the whole time. Thanks to Honey for watching Alex! And for wearing him out at the park so that he took a great nap today too! :)
I also want to post a few pictures of some visitors we have had...
Evan and Ella Kate...can't wait to see our kiddos grow up together playing in the yard! :) Its just too perfect that we both have boys and then girls! Alex just loves Evan and I know the girls will be BFF in no time!

Shelby and Madison, getting ready for their new addition any day now!! :) Madison will be a super big sister- she LOVES babies!

I survived my first day alone with the kids yesterday...it went really well. We didn't go anywhere but had a great day! Alex is a great helper and Eliana is just a great baby!
I feel as though the big bro has been a little neglected on the blog lately so here is a little love for Alexander. We got a train set from our rockin' cuz Holly a while back and kept it in the attic since Alex wasn't quite ready for it yet. We decided that this would be a good time to get it out though. You know, give Alex something to keep him busy and happy and fun since this is a big transition for him. He LOVES it! We haven't set up the whole thing but he still spends plenty of time doing the "whoo whoo"!
